From a raw SketchUp, Revit or 3ds Max model to a production-ready, client-interactive experience in Unreal Engine 5 — taught as a structured 7-week pipeline, not a pile of tutorials.
Who it's for
If you've used SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max or Revit and hit a wall when clients asked for "something interactive" — this is for you.
Present your designs as interactive experiences clients can actually walk through and react to.
Move beyond still renders. Add interactivity and real-time lighting to your offering.
Show material and lighting options live in a scene — not as a grid of static thumbnails.
Level up from offline renderers into real-time workflows that studios and clients now expect.
Traditional rendering workflows are too slow for modern client demands. Real-time visualization lets you iterate faster, present interactively, and deliver browser-accessible experiences. Here's what mastering Unreal Engine unlocks:
Move beyond static renders. Build interactive experiences with Unreal Engine 5 — clients can walk through the space, change materials, switch lighting, and explore configurations in real time, on any device.
Create cinematic-quality architectural visualizations, realistic garments with Marvelous Designer, and production-ready materials with Substance Painter. Learn the exact lighting and post-processing techniques used in INDEX Dubai 2025 installations and ICC World Cup 2024 broadcast visuals.
Position yourself for high-demand roles in architectural visualization, technical art, XR development, and interactive installations. Build a portfolio of browser-accessible projects using Pixel Streaming, showcase interactive configurators with real-time pricing, and demonstrate VR experiences that set you apart from traditional 3D artists.
These skills will empower you to turn your ideas into immersive visuals and real-time experiences that clients can explore, not just observe.
Explore what sets my course apart. This course requires 3–6 months of Unreal Engine experience. Not a beginner? Perfect. Ready to go beyond tutorials and learn production workflows used in real projects.
The Curriculum
Each week builds on the last. By week 7, your own project is ready to deliver — with light, materials, interactivity, and a pixel-streamed build.
Introduction to intermediate Unreal Engine workflows for architectural visualization. Set up a project using Datasmith, organize assets efficiently, and prepare your level layout for interactivity.
Dive deeper into advanced material creation workflows and texture management in Unreal Engine.
Push materials to the next level with layering, procedural generation, and Blueprint-driven effects. Create complex multi-surface shaders and dynamic materials that respond to user interaction.
Master photorealistic lighting techniques used in professional archviz. Learn HDRI workflows, Lumen vs. Lightmass, volumetric effects, and post-processing to create mood and atmosphere that sells projects.
Build expansive outdoor environments with terrain sculpting, foliage systems, and PCG (Procedural Content Generation). Create believable exteriors with optimized vegetation, urban props, and atmospheric details.
Transform static visualizations into engaging interactive experiences. Build Blueprint systems for doors, lights, material switching, and create intuitive navigation with first-person, third-person, and VR controls.
Master advanced Blueprint architecture, create professional UI with UMG, integrate AI crowds and traffic systems, and deploy via Pixel Streaming. Explore cutting-edge generative AI tools for rapid asset creation.
By the end of this course
Three concrete capabilities every student leaves with.
Your own architectural project, rebuilt in UE5 with interactivity, delivered as both a packaged build and a cloud-streamed link.
A step-by-step workflow from CAD import to client delivery — repeatable for every future project, not a one-off tutorial.
New services you can actually sell: interactive walkthroughs, Pixel Streaming presentations, material configurators.
Your Instructor
I'm Jayakrishnan S, an Unreal Rendering Engineer with 8+ years of experience creating interactive experiences for clients worldwide. Currently CTO at Immersalab Studios LLP, I've delivered award-winning projects for INDEX Dubai 2025, ICC World Cup 2024, and major real estate developers across the GCC. My background spans architectural visualization, Game art, XR applications, AI-powered installations, Motion graphics, and large-scale event production. I've led teams, built production tools like StreamPilot and ViewMesh, and mentored hundreds of students as HOD of Immersive Design at Cindrebay School of Design.
The course distills 8+ years of actual client work — what wins projects, what breaks in production, and what nobody tells you about Pixel Streaming in the real world.
Student Results
Architects, visualizers and studio artists who took this course and rebuilt their offering.
The course completely changed how I present projects to my clients. I now deliver interactive walkthroughs instead of static renders — and I've doubled my project fees as a result.
Jay's structured week-by-week teaching is what made the difference. I went from zero Unreal knowledge to shipping my first pixel-streamed project for a real client in two months.
Pixel Streaming was the unlock for me. Clients opening my project on their phones during meetings — that's a moment no still render can give you. Worth every rupee.
The material and lighting sections alone were worth the course. My work looks like a different portfolio now — studios actually reply to my applications.
