1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in the IAVT course through this website (imations.com or beyondtheviewport.shop), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or enroll in the course.
2. COURSE ENROLLMENT & ACCESS
2.1 Eligibility
This course is designed for intermediate-level Unreal Engine users with 3-6 months of prior experience. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the prerequisite skill requirements outlined on the course website.
2.2 Account Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive: - Google Drive access to all course materials (videos, project files, resources) - Discord community invitation for peer support and Q&A sessions - Premium tier students: Google Meet scheduling access for 1-on-1 mentorship
3. Intellectual Property:
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Jonathan Richardson and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission.
2.3 Lifetime Access
Essential Learning and Premium Mastery students receive lifetime access to course materials via Google Drive. However, IMATIONS reserves the right to update, modify, or migrate hosting platforms with advance notice.
2.4 Account Sharing Prohibited
Course access is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, Google Drive links, or course materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
4. PAYMENT & REFUNDS
3.1 Pricing
Course pricing is listed in USD and may vary based on early bird promotions or cohort-specific discounts. All prices are final at the time of enrollment.

3.3 Refund Policy (14-Day Money-Back Guarantee)
If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment by emailing courses@imations.com. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Refund conditions:
- Must be requested within 14 days of enrollment date - You may keep any downloaded materials - Refunds processed within 5-7 business days - Premium tier 1-on-1 sessions attended are non-refundable after completion
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 Course Content Ownership
All course content, including but not limited to video lessons, project files, PDF guides, Blueprint templates, 3D assets, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Jayakrishnan S and IMATIONS, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2 Limited License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for your own educational purposes only. You may NOT: - Redistribute, resell, or share course materials - Upload videos or materials to public platforms (YouTube, torrent sites, etc.) - Use course content for commercial training purposes - Reverse-engineer or extract proprietary assets
4.3 Student Work
Projects you create using techniques learned in the course are yours to use commercially. You may showcase them in your portfolio, use them for client work, or include them in job applications.
5. USER CONDUCT
You agree to use the course platform, Discord community, and all related services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes: - Harassment, abuse, or discrimination toward instructor or other students - Sharing pirated software, illegal content, or malicious code - Spamming or excessive self-promotion in community channels - Impersonating the instructor or IMATIONS staff
Violation of conduct policies may result in immediate removal from Discord and course access termination without refund.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
6.1 Course Content
While we strive to provide accurate, high-quality instruction, the course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IMATIONS does not guarantee: - Specific career outcomes or job placement - Compatibility with all hardware/software configurations - Uninterrupted access to third-party services (Google Drive, Discord, etc.)
6.2 Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring their systems meet the minimum technical requirements (Windows 10/11, NVIDIA GPU, 16GB RAM, etc.). Technical issues due to inadequate hardware are not grounds for refund after the 14-day period.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMATIONS and Jayakrishnan S shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: - Your use or inability to use course materials - Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions - Decisions made based on course content - Third-party service disruptions (Google Drive, Discord, Google Meet)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for course enrollment.
8. COHORT-SPECIFIC TERMS
8.1 Live Sessions
The January 2025 cohort includes: - Weekly Friday Q&A sessions via Google Meet (Essential & Premium) - Premium tier: 2 monthly 1-on-1 sessions (4 sessions total over 2 months)
8.2 Session Scheduling
- Sessions must be scheduled within the specified timeframe (Jan 1 - Feb 28, 2025 for January cohort) - Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited - Sessions may be rescheduled once with 48-hour notice - Recordings of group Q&A sessions will be posted to Google Drive
9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
IMATIONS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. COURSE CONTENT UPDATES
IMATIONS may update course materials to reflect new Unreal Engine versions, industry best practices, or technological advancements. Enrolled students receive all updates at no additional cost.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This course relies on third-party platforms: - Google Drive (course content hosting) - Discord (community communication) - Google Meet (live sessions) IMATIONS is not responsible for service disruptions, policy changes, or technical issues with these platforms. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access if needed.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) and India (Kerala), depending on the student's location and applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in those locations.

14. SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IMATIONS regarding your use of the course and supersede any prior agreements.
